Marissa graduated from UT Health San Antonio with a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She has experience working with diverse populations, including autism, down syndrome, and fragile infants. She is passionate about assessing and treating both early language issues, speech-sound and/or fluency disorders, feeding and oral motor concerns, and receptive and expressive language delays. She is adept at assessing tongue/lip tie, helping those with this condition with exercises to improve the condition, as well as assisting patients who have tongue-tie related feeding difficulties. With her fun and caring attitude, Marissa makes a positive impact on the lives of her clients and caregivers! During her free time, Marissa enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
