Mindy Choe, FNP-BC, strives to create a supportive environment for families, blending her medical expertise with a genuine commitment to individual well-being. Her expertise spans internal and family medicine with a particular love for pediatrics. Her focus lies in understanding the impact of the human microbiome on allergies, autoimmune conditions, and gastrointestinal health. Mindy prioritizes active listening and collaboration in patient care.

Born and raised in Oregon, Mindy received a nursing degree from Oregon Health & Science University and graduate degree from University of California San Francisco. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world and hiking the Pacific Northwest trails with her husband, son, and dog.
